Supervise daily production targets and ensure on-time material availability for weaving/loom sections. Coordinate with dyeing, finishing, and inventory teams for smooth workflow. Inspect yarn/jari batches for any defects, contamination, or inconsistencies. Maintain inventory records of raw yarn and finished threads. Train and manage shop-floor workers on proper yarn handling and machine operations. Identify production issues and implement quick corrective actions to avoid delays or defects.
